The Genting Rewards redesign draws inspiration from the crowns of ancient Chinese emperors, using their distinctive forms as the central motif for each tier badge. This visual direction informed the tier names—Royal, Elite, Prime, Monarch, and Imperial—creating a cohesive hierarchy rooted in Far East imperial symbolism. To further reinforce the theme of modern royalty, a tailored marketing campaign was developed to elevate the guest experience and enhance the sense of prestige. The rollout included a strategic email communication plan designed to guide existing players through the essence of the rebrand and emphasize the program’s renewed focus on member appreciation, as well as a series of printed and digital assets.
